With the increasing number of private cars in China and the rapid growth of the number of used cars,the recycling of used cars had received sustained attention.However,waste vehicles will generate a lot of environmental pollution during the disassembly process,which is contrary to the concept of sustainable development in China.Therefore,it was an important research direction to consider the environmental impact comprehensively in the parallel disassembly line balance problem.In this paper,a low-carbon and high-efficiency parallel disassembly line balancing optimization method was studied.Firstly,for the multi-objective optimization problem of parallel disassembly line balance,based on the carbon emission analysis of product life cycle,the system boundary of the disassembly process was defined.The quantitative model of carbon emissions in product disassembly was established by analyzing common disassembly waste vehicles types and energy consumption forms in the process of disassembly.According to the parallel disassembly line balancing problem,a mathematical optimization model for parallel disassembly line balancing problem was established,which included the constraints of the number of workstations,idle time index of workstations,disassembly sequence hazard index,demand index,direction conversion times and carbon emissions in the disassembly process.Secondly,for the parallel disassembly sequence planning problem,the connection matrix and the priority matrix were constructed based on the hybrid graph disassembly model.Based on the connection matrix and the priority matrix,a method for judging the detachability of components was proposed.The method of parallel disassembly sequence description was analyzed,and the planning method of parallel disassembly sequence based on variable matrix was established.Finally,the optimization method of parallel disassembly line balance problem based on carbon emission in disassembly process was proposed.According to the parallel disassembly line sequence planning method,the coding,crossover and mutation methods of genetic algorithm were defined.Then,having taken a certain type of engine as an example,the constraint matrix and connection matrix of the engine were established,and the improved genetic algorithm was used to optimize the parallel disassembly line balancing problem to obtain a more realistic optimal disassembly sequence,which proved the feasibility of genetic algorithm in dealing with the parallel disassembly balancing problem.Finally,compare the optimization results of parallel disassembly line and serial disassembly line,and further elaborate the advantages of parallel disassembly line in reducing carbon emissions and improving disassembly efficiency.
