| In recent years, with the development and utilization of minerals, soil pollution is becoming more and more serious, which endangers the animals and plants around the mining area and human health. In recent years, microbial remediation and contaminated soil has become a hot research topic, and extracellular polymers secreted by microorganisms in the process of repairing contaminated soil in mining areas have a certain desorption effect on organic pollutants in soil, while the effects of heavy metal ions on polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the desorption soil of extracellular polymers need to be further studied in the compound contaminated soil.In view of the above, extracellular polymers were extracted from Mycobacterium and Mucor, and pyrene in polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)was selected as an example. The effects of copper ions and lead ions on the contents of proteins and polysaccharides in extracellular polymers were studied, and the effects of copper ions and lead ions on the surface tension and Zeta potential of extracellular polymers were analyzed. The extracellular polymers under heavy metal copper ions and lead ions stress were characterized by IR and UV spectra. The effects of copper ions and lead ions on the properties of extracellular polymers were determined, the effects of metal ion concentration, desorption time and kinds of extracellular polymers on the desorption of pyrene in soil by extracellular polymers were discussed.By studying the effects of metal ions on the components of extracellular polymers,it was found that the contents of proteins and polysaccharides in extracellular polymers decreased significantly with the increase of the time of action and the concentration of metal ions. The contents of protein and polysaccharide decreased significantly.Effects of metal ions on the properties of extracellular polymers the results showed that the surface tension of extracellular polymers increased under the action of copper and lead ions. The Zeta potential of extracellular polymers increased with the increase of metal ion concentration. The effect of copper ion on the surface tension and Zeta potential of extracellular polymer was greater than that of lead ion.The effects of copper ion and lead ion concentration, desorption time and extracellular polymer species on the desorption of pyrene in soil showed that the concentration of metal ions and desorption time increased with the increase of metal ion concentration and desorption time. With the increase of the concentration of metal ions, the inhibitory effect of metal ions on pyrene in the desorption soil of extracellular polymers is more and more significant, and under the same desorption conditions, the desorption effects of Mycobacterium extracellular polymers on pyrene in soil are better than that of hairy mold. |
