Flood disasters are highly destructive and involve a wide range of areas.There are many dangerous sources in the chemical park.If a flood disaster occurs,it will not only cause great harm to the park itself,but also cause casualties or environmental pollution in the surrounding areas.The consequences of the accident are serious.This paper combines the characteristics of flood disasters and infrastructure of chemical parks,and deeply studies the risk of infrastructure disaster chain in chemical parks under the action of floods,which helps to prevent and reduce the damage caused by flood disasters to the infrastructure system of chemical parks.The main research contents of this paper are:(1)Research on risk chain reaction of chemical parks under flood disasters.Firstly,from the characteristics of flood disasters,the flood disasters are classified according to the speed and depth of floods.Secondly,combined with the characteristics of chemical parks,the main bearing bodies and characteristics of chemical parks under flood disasters are identified.Finally,the infrastructure of chemical parks under floods is summarized.Risk chain reaction mechanism.(2)Combine the stress of the building under the flood disaster,and establish the building failure model under the flood.The critical water velocity of buildings with different heights under flooding is calculated,and the most dangerous section positions of buildings with different heights at different water depths are analyzed and calculated.According to the established building failure model under the flood,the limit state equation of the building failure is constructed,and the Monte Carlo method is used to obtain the reliability of the building under different flood speed conditions,and then the failure risk of the building is obtained.Finally,based on the control variable method Sensitivity analysis of structural function functions of building failures to identify the main parameters that cause building failure.(3)Constructing a risk analysis model for the infrastructure disaster chain of chemical parks under the action of floods.First,based on the theoretical method of complex networks and the relationship between buildings,power supply facilities,and water supply facilities in the park,the chemical park infrastructure system is abstracted into a network and described in a network.Secondly,according to the relationship between the hazard factors and the bearers,the assessment of the infrastructure disaster chain of the chemical park under the flood is analyzed.Finally,the hazard of flood disaster,the failure probability of buildings in the park and the fragility in the infrastructure disaster chain are adopted.The degree on the node is used as a risk metric to measure the risk of the disaster chain.(4)Application of risk analysis model for infrastructure disaster chain in chemical park under flood disasters.Using the above model,the risk analysis of a chemical park infrastructure in Gaolan Port of Zhuhai City was selected.Construct specific flood disaster scenarios,give various parameters of floods,analyze and calculate the risks of the park infrastructure under specific flood disasters,and propose corresponding prevention and emergency measures according to the calculation results,and plan and safety management of chemical parks.Both have reference significance. |
