With the development of modern high-yield and high-efficiency mines,on the one hand,the local ventilation distance of driving roadway is getting longer and longer,and the long-distance local ventilation is becoming more and more common.The safe air supply of long-distance driving roadway is not only related to the efficient production of coal mine,but also to the life and health of underground workers.On the other hand,with the increase of mechanization degree,the dust concentration of coal mine driving face generally exceeds the standard.Coal dust is generally dangerous to explosion and easily causes pneumoconiosis among miners.The traditional dust removal method is insufficient to deal with the high-concentration dust in the heading face.In this paper,the research and application of dry dust removal technology in heading face are carried out.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows.The filtration mechanism of dry filter removal system and the causes and influencing factors of filtration resistance during operation are summarized.The mechanism and the influencing factors of dust cleaning are analyzed.On this basis,the methods and suggestions for improving the effect of dust removal are given.The structural design requirements of the dust collector are analyzed,and the optimum schemes of dust-cleaning and filter elements are given.Meanwhile,the reference methods for selecting the type of exhaust fan and designing the dust hood in the dust removal system are put forward.In view of the complex environment of underground heading face,the application and installation scheme of dry filter dust removal system is put forward,which is highly consistent with underground production process and improves work efficiency.It provides a reference for the popularization and application of dry filter dust removal technology in coal mine heading face.Through the field application test of coal mine heading face,the efficiency and advancement of dry filter dust removal technology are verified,which is conducive to guiding the field application.The experimental results show that under the application condition of N1105 high extraction roadway heading face,when parameters are setting as below: the transverse distance between the exhaust air duct and the pressure air duct is 2 m,the inlet distance of the exhaust air duct is 5 m,the outlet distance of the pressure air duct is 15 m,and the ratio of the exhaust air volume to the pressure air volume is 1.1,it turns out that the total dust concentration measured at each monitoring point is the smallest and the best dust removal effect is achieved.
