| As economy grows,people’s living standards gradually increase,and the requirements for aesthetics are getting higher.As a large enterprise with strong economic strength,the cigarette factory has always been at the forefront of all enterprises in terms of scientific and technological innovation.AGV has also been used early as the role of logistics transportation in the production workshop of the cigarette factory.However,due to the closeness of the production workshops of cigarette factories,AGV is less concerned,resulting in not many AGV are currently suitable for cigarette factories,and there are major problems in human-machine interaction.Based on the production workshop of cigarette factory,this paper studies AGV from the aspect of human-machine interaction.Firstly,research status of AGV and their applications in tobacco factories has been done through literature research.At the same time,the research on the comfort,safety and reliability of human-machine interaction theory has been made and summarized.Using the research methods such as observation method and accompanying interview method,the thesis has done some research on the working environment and users of the AGV of the tobacco factory,and analyzed the workshop environment,the working flow of AGV,finding and summarizing the relevant design points the needs of cognition,emotion,human-machine interaction,etc.in the process of user’s use of AGV.Secondly,a detailed analysis of the human-machine relationship in AGV of the tobacco factory has been made.By deconstructing the various modules of AGV,the safety protection module and the driving operation module were studied.The questionnaire survey method was used in combination with the human-machine interaction theory to apply the five-point scale to evaluate the comfort,safety and application of the five-point scale method in operational efficiency.Finally,a product system model has been made.Based on the previous research on human-machine interaction theory and AGV,AGV products that meet the theory of human-machine interaction and that is applicable to cigarette factories has been generated,and the design principles has been explained and analyzed.The preliminary evaluation shows that the improved AGV designed in this paper can meet the people-oriented design concept to a greater extent,so that users can obtain greater comfort,safety and high work efficiency.This program will bring moredesigners inspiration and pay more attention to front-line workers. |
