| With the rapid development of industrial technology,plastic products have penetrated into every aspect of life.As a result,waste plastic waste can be seen everywhere,which seriously leads to the so-called "white pollution".In fact,plastic waste can be recycled for high value reuse,which is a potential renewable energy.It is necessary to study the high value recycling technology of plastic waste.This paper analyzes and introduces the traditional recycling technology of plastic waste,compares and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of different recycling technologies,and puts forward the design scheme of continuous plastic waste pyrolysis export technology and integrated equipment based on electromagnetic induction heating principle and heat transfer theory.That is to say,the pyrolysis product of the equipment plastic waste is supplemented by electromagnetic induction heating during the continuous export process of the pyrolysis furnace,so that the pyrolysis product of the plastic waste is finally completely transformed into carbon black,pyrolysis oil and combustible gas.The equipment is mainly composed of carbon black mixing tank,carbon black device,water cooling device,control device and so on.Based on the high temperature working environment of the device,the ANSYS Workbench simulation software was used to simulate the thermal convection of the designed device.Under the preset temperature condition,the temperature distribution cloud chart of the equipment is obtained and analyzed.The electromagnetic and thermal coupling simulation analysis was carried out by using Maxwell electromagnetic software and thermal steady state software,and the electromagnetic field distribution and temperature distribution of the equipment for continuously deriving the pyrolysis products of plastic waste designed in this project were obtained by simulation.Fluid dynamics analysis and calculation of impeller in carbon black mixing tank were carried out by Fluent fluid simulation software,and the impeller strength was checked.According to the results of simulation,the optimum rotating speed and the deformed area of the impeller are obtained.This subject can provide reference for the further research on the cracking technology and equipment of plastic waste. |
