Adsorption resin has been widely used in the treatment of dye wastewater due to its advantages such as high specific surface area,good mechanical properties and easy regeneration.At present,the preparation of hyper-crosslinked resin is mainly based on chloro spheres?Chlorine content of 17%?with a certain degree of crosslinking as raw materials.Additionally,chemical modification of resins are necessary when resins were not suitable for the adsorption of some dyes with strong polarity.Therefore,the amine,the phenol and the cariboxyl were chosen to modify the hypercrosslinked resins.The adsorption behavior of the resin can be improved obviously by introducing functional groups containing amine group,phenol hydroxyl group and carboxyl group on the surface of the resin.Hyper-crosslinked resins are more used to treat organic dyes,but there are few reports on treating sulfonic acid dye wastewater in functional modified resins.Two representative kinds of bromamine acid and orange G from sulfonic acid dyes were selected as adsorbents,and the adsorption properties of functional base resin were studied.In this paper,the main contents are as follows:?1?Three kinds of resins were synthesized,including hyper-crosslinked resins,completely amination resins and aminated crosslinked resins.All compounds were characterized by IR,element analysis and N2 physical adsorption and desorption.?2?HC-6,A-DETA,AC-2-DETA with good physical and chemical properties were selected by comparing the adsorption properties of the obtained series resins on bromamine acid.AC-2-DETA?325.63 mg/g?showed the best adsorption properties,93.0%higher than that of commercial resin H-103?168.72 mg/g?and 23.94 times higher than that of XAD-4.?3?Thermodynamic,kinetic and dynamic adsorption and desorption studies were carried out on three types of resins.Freundlich thermodynamic equation and second-order kinetic equation had a higher fitting degree of adsorption data,which was conducive to bromamine acid adsorption at high temperature and concentration.AC-2-DETA has the highest adsorption capacity for bromamine acid,the fastest adsorption rate and good desorption effect.It is a process of entropy increase,endothermic and spontaneous.?4?The isatin series resins were synthesized for the first time,and polar functional groups containing nitrogen and oxygen were introduced into the limited active sites to obtain the composite functional base resin 135-I-EDA with the best adsorption performance.The adsorption capacity of orange G on 135-I-EDA was 3.5times higher than that of H-103.It was found that the adsorption effect was better in the system with high temperature,acidity and salinity,which laid a foundation for the resource treatment of sulfonic acid dyes.
