The safe disposal of chemical waste has always received attention.Dyeing wastewater is a chemical waste that can damage the environment.However,there is no ideal safe disposal method to governance it.The photo-Fenton catalytic technology combines the advantages of photocatalysis and Fenton technology to become one of the most promising methods for treating dye wastewater.Here,we reported the preparation of Bi25FeO400 and Bi25FeO40/GO and their Photo-Fenton degradation effect on simulated dye wastewater Rhodamine B?RhB?,in order to find a safe and effective treatment method for dyeing wastewater.The details are as follows:?1?The Bi25FeO400 were prepared by hydrothermal method and characterized by SEM,EDS,XRD and UV-vis DRS.The catalytic performance of Bi25FeO400 was evaluated by degrading RhB.The effects of C6H8O7·H2O on the catalytic performance of Bi25FeO400 were investigated.The effect of photocatalytic conditions on the removal rate of RhB were investigated.The results showed that Bi25FeO400 had excellent Photo-Fenton catalytic performance and the removal rate of 10 mg/L RhB reached75%within 120 min.?2?Graphene oxide?GO?were prepared by the modified hummer method.The composites(Bi25FeO40/GO)were prepared by hydrothermal method and characterized by SEM,TEM,XRD,VSM and UV-vis DRS.The catalytic performance of Bi25FeO40/GO was evaluated by degrading RhB.The experimental results show that the photocatalytic performance of the Bi25FeO40/GO is obviously enhanced compared with Bi25FeO40.The removal rate of 50 mg/L RhB reached 85%by Bi25FeO40/30GO within 120 min.?3?The Photo-Fenton degradation effect of Bi25FeO400 and Bi25FeO400 on methylene blue?MB?,methyl red?MR?,methyl orange?MO?and nitrophenol?PNP?simulated dye wastewater were investigated.The experimental results showed that the removal rate of 10 mg/L MB,MR,MO and PNP solution by Bi25FeO400 were 100%,100%,60%and 40%in 120 min respectively.And the removal rate of 50 mg/L MB,MR,MO and PNP solutions by Bi25FeO40/30GO were 100%,95%,60%,and 33%in120 min respectively.Bi25FeO400 and Bi25FeO40/GO have effective Photo-Fenton catalytic on various dye wastewaters.Bi25FeO400 and Bi25FeO40/GO are simple and safe to prepare,can fully utilize solar energy in the degradation process,and achieve low energy consumption,environmental protection and high efficiency.It is a safe and effective method for disposal of printing and dyeing wastewater,which can protect the environment safety effectively.
