Industry 4.0 technology promotes the integration of sensors,controllers,networks,information systems and management and control.Thermal power plants are facing the pressure of technological changes and national energy policies.They must adapt to the external market and social environment and strive to improve their efficiency.Coal price is an important factor affecting the survival of thermal power enterprises.Fuel management can improve the profit level of enterprises and make power plants survive and develop better in the current market environment.The intelligent transformation of storage and transportation terminal carried out by A power plant is faced with many technical risks.In the past,similar engineering decisions tended to focus on technical evaluation and financial analysis,and lack of systematic technical risk assessment and risk management,resulting in investment waste,project failure to achieve expected value,and even damage to the original well-run system.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out technical risk assessment for such emerging intelligent projects to improve the decision-making level,construction level and operation efficiency.This paper takes the intelligent transformation project of coal wharf of A power plant as the research object,conducts technical risk assessment based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and obtains the following research results:This paper expounds the basic situation of the intelligent transformation project of coal wharf of A power plant and the new technologies and management changes to be used,and identifies and analyzes the six main technical risks existing in the project.The risk assessment model of the project was analyzed in a macro framework.According to the design principles of the indicator system,a three-layer technical risk indicator system with target layer,criterion layer and indicator layer was constructed.The weight table is obtained by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to analyze the index weight,and the membership matrix is determined by using the fuzzy AHP.According to the result of technical risk assessment,we come up with A power plant coal terminal intelligent control,risk management and countermeasures to guide engineering practice.On the basis of the network risk and control risk,equipment risk management system,power system risk,design and construction,personnel training,management risk,we put forward the corresponding risk management and risk,then the overall corresponding risk management and countermeasures are raised.The research results of this paper not only provide an important basis for the project management of intelligent reconstruction of coal wharf of A power plant,but also can guide other intelligent construction and reconstruction projects with industrial control system as the core.
