| With the rapid development of China’s economy,the consumption of coal resources is extremely large.China’s middle and shallow coal resources have been exhausted,and it is imperative to exploit deep coal resources.Solving the problem of roadway support in the deep mine is the key to solving the safe mining of deep coal.The paper introduces the previous support technology for deep thick coal seam mining roadway at home and abroad.According to the on-site monitoring data of 3103 mining roadway in deep coal seam of deep coal seam in a coal mine in Shandong,the research found that the roof subsidence of the roadway is 95 cm,left left.Indented 36 cm,right right indented 30 cm,bottom plate from the drum 55 cm,its deformation is very serious,greatly affecting the safe and normal production of the mine.According to the geological survey data of the mine,combined with the mining technology of the three-layer coal in the thick coal seam of the mine,the regional geological model and the mechanical model of computer numerical simulation are created.The range of the plastic deformation zone is obtained through computer simulation,and the theoretical calculation is applied.The method proposed to improve the length of bolts,the length of anchor cables and the support schemes in various parts of the roadway.The computer numerical simulation method was used to simulate the improved roadway support scheme.The results show that the improved roadway support design is adopted.The scheme has greatly reduced the deformation amount,can meet the requirements of mine production,ventilation and transportation,and has established a design method for safety control scheme of deep thick coal seam mining roadway. |
