Determination And Confirmation Of Antibiotics In Honey By LC-MS/MS

A simple extraction and rapid routine method for the simultaneous determination antibiotics in honey,by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)has been developed and fully validated.The details are as follows:(1)The first part is about the situation of food safety and relevant detection methods.And development of LC-MS/MS and its application on in antibiotics detection were summarized.(2)A LC-MS/MS method was developed for the rapid and simple determination in honey at trace level and use internal standard was used for quantification.The calibration curve was linear on the range of 1.0 ng/mL-100.00 ng/mL and the linearity was well.The limit of quantitation was 1.0 μg/kg(MNZ,DMZ,IPZ and RNZ)and 2.0 μg/kg(IPZOH,MNZOH and HMMNI).The established method was rapid and efficient.(3)To establish detection honey TYL quantitative method of external standard.Optimization of related parameters,using the ESI MRM reaction under positive ion mode,the analysis time: 18 min.In the linear range,good standard linear regression equation is linear,the detection limit was 0.5 μg/kg.(4)A multi-residue method suitable for confirmation and determination of 2 kinds drugs in honey was validated..Optimization of related parameters in the ESI MRM reaction under positive ion mode,the analysis time: 18 min.In linear range,good linear,method detection limit of nitroimidazole and its metabolites was 1.0 μg/kg,method detection limit of Tylosin A was 0.5 μg/kg.
