In recent years,the development scale of road transportation industry of dangerous goods in China has been expanding continuously,and the types and quantities of dangerous goods transported by automobiles have increased rapidly,at the same time,it has brought great management difficulties to the regulatory authorities.Dangerous goods have certain risks due to their own characteristics.If an accident occurs during road transportation,it may cause harmful effects on the surrounding area.In fact,whether emergency support resources can be provided in time after an accident is an important means to control the consequences of an accident,and the layout of emergency facilities plays a vital role in the transportation efficiency of emergency resources.At the same time,there must be major hazard sources at the starting and ending points of road transport of dangerous goods.The location of the major hazard source at the starting and ending points and the degree of its own risk will greatly affect the location of the emergency facilities.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to carry out regional risk assessment for major hazards and rationally deploy emergency facilities based on risk results,which will reduce the accident consequences of road transport of dangerous goods.The paper uses Huiyang District,Huizhou City,Guangdong Province as a case analysis area to establish a regional geographic database and build a road transportation network through multi-source data fusion.By analyzing the factors that have an impact on the degree of regional risk,it is found that the emergency rescue capability and emergency evacuation capability play an important role in controlling the risk degree of the region,on this basis,the regional risk influencing factors are selected around the transportation efficiency of emergency resources,and the risk results are calculated by using the subjective and objective combined weighting evaluation methods combined with the regional inherent risk indicators.At the same time,the regional risk distribution is obtained by means of GIS interpolation analysis.Comparing the results before and after considering the risk factors of regional risks,it is found that the higher the transportation efficiency of emergency resources,the stronger the risk control ability of the region,and the transportation efficiency mainly depends on the layout position of emergency facilities.In order to reduce the degree of regional risk,the layout of emergency site is optimized on the basis of analysis,and the layout objectives of fairness,economic cost and distance cost are set according to the characteristics of the emergency site,and the layout decision model is constructed.This paper focuses on the two situations of considering the capacity of emergency sites and not considering the capacity of emergency sites,and two spatial layout schemes are obtained.The research results can provide a reference for the risk assessment of major hazard sources involved in road transport of dangerous goods and the location layout of emergency sites in the region.
