| As the largest advantageous backbone enterprise in Ningxia,one of the primary tasks of Shenhua Ningxia Group is to optimize the enterprise management structure and improve the enterprise management ability in order to better complete the enterprise strategic objectives and realize the enterprise social value,this is a new requirement for the material storage management system of Shenhua Ningxia Group.It is an effective way to meet the new requirements to optimize the operation mechanism of material storage management,strengthen the overall planning and coordination ability of material storage management,establish the enterprise-level integrated material management information system,and enhance the information sharing ability of the material department.This thesis focuses on the demand and feasibility analysis of the current situation of storage management of Shenhua Ningxia Group,designs and realizes the intelligent ERP warehouse management system for the group based on specific problems.It not only improves the material management efficiency and material sharing ability,but also makes an important contribution to the cross-regional and cross-industry material management strategic objectives of Shenhua Ningxia Group.Firstly,this thesis discusses the research background and significance of ERP warehouse management system,and expounds the theory of ERP system,material warehouse management theory and related technologies of ERP system.Secondly,taking the storage management status of Shenhua Ningxia Group as the research content,this thesis analyzes the functional demand,performance demand,work flow and feasibility demand of the existing storage management problems of the group.Thirdly,combined with the actual development of Shenhua Ningxia Group the overall design of the system is carried out,including the new B/S architecture design based on the Nginx,network structure design of the system,overall function design,out and in process design and simulation database design.Finally,the ERP warehouse management system consists of seven modules including basic data management and the IMAGE/RFID dual identification system based on convolutional neural network algorithm are respectively implemented to improve the efficiency of material audit and classification,and optimize the group data transmission,material properties,manage processes and structures.It realizes transparent construction,automatic control and fine management of materials,using mocks.js to create a mock database,dealing with front-end interactive tasks of the system through Vue.js and Node.js.The design feasibility of material audit by image recognition is verified by MATLAB semi-physical simulation,the intelligent ERP warehouse management system for Shenhua Ningxia Group has been completed.Through the function and performance test of the system,it proves that the intelligent ERP warehouse management system designed in this thesis not only promotes the automatic and intelligent warehouse management of Shenmue Ningxia Group,but also optimizes the warehouse management structure,but also the warehouse management structure is optimized,the combination of warehouse management and information is promoted,and real-time update of material data is realized.It proves the effective safeguard for the sustainable development. |
