Performance evaluation has always been a hot topic in enterprise management.How to establish an effective performance evaluation system,create and maintain high performance,and further mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of employees is a problem that many enterprises are actively exploring.But on the whole,due to the late start,lack of knowledge and other reasons,most enterprises in the performance evaluation practice has many disadvantages.Especially for small and medium-sized enterprises,due to weak management foundation,misunderstanding of the concept of performance evaluation,concepts and systems,it is difficult to establish a performance evaluation system suitable for its own characteristics,which seriously affects the development of enterprises.Therefore,it is of great significance to correctly understand performance evaluation and establish a performance evaluation system in line with the development status of the enterprise according to the actual situation.Based on the in-depth study of relevant theories of the performance system,this paper reconstructs the performance assessment system of KL natural gas company’s gas filling station to improve its industrial competitiveness.The paper introduces the status quo and existing problems of KL’s performance evaluation of gas filling stations,and points out that the original system has problems such as incomplete assessment scheme,single performance incentive mode,absence of performance evaluation institution,lack of feedback and communication,lack of performance improvement and incomplete assessment index.In view of the existing problems,and using the balanced scorecard method,this paper respectively from the aspects of finance,internal management control,employee learning and growth,customer and market management,four dimensions selected key indicators,the weights are determined by analytic hierarchy process(ahp),and then establish the performance evaluation standards,and the LPG station KL company performance evaluation,finally to ensure that the improved performance evaluation system can effective implementation,puts forward the implementation steps and the safeguard measures of theperformance evaluation: Managers should attach importance to the recognition of gas station employees,make full use of and analyze the performance evaluation results,set up a performance appraisal team,improve relevant systems,pay attention to communication and feedback,timely improve and improve the performance appraisal system,and ensure its effective operation.This paper enriches the application research of balanced scorecard in the performance evaluation of natural gas industry,and has certain reference value for the implementation and application of balanced scorecard in gas filling stations.
