As the main product of coal chemical industry,methanol is a widely used basic organic chemical raw material and is the basis of carbon-chemical industry.The use of ore furnace gas to produce methanol not only comprehensively utilizes the ore stove gas produced by the metallurgical enterprise,but also has high economic benefits and extends the metallurgical industry chain.Therefore,a metallurgical chemical park intends to use the mine hot gas as raw material to produce methanol with high added value,which not only solves the environmental protection problem of the ore furnace,but also creates high economic benefits for the enterprise.To determine the production of methanol from the ore furnace gas,the following process route is adopted:Electrostatic dust removal?Gas cooling?Gas cabinet?Pressure to 3.0MPa(g)?Gas desulfurization(total S ? 0.1ppm)? Sulphur-free conversion ? MDEA decarbonization ?Cryogenic separation and denitrification?Addition of CO2 to form fresh syngas ?Synthesis gas is compressed to 6.0~7.0MPa(g)?methanol synthesis?methanol rectification?methanol tank area and loading and unloading station.The thermodynamic calculation of the methanol synthesis and rectification process is carried out to verify the rationality of the equipment and process for producing methanol from the ore furnace gas.After calculation,the above process parameters and equipment selection are reasonable,meeting the requirements of methanol production from coal mine gas.The overall planning and design of the control,instrument and plant layout in the methanol production process.The design process of wastewater,waste gas and waste residue in the methanol production process is designed to effectively avoid the environmental pollution caused by the process of producing methanol from the ore furnace gas,effectively reduce the environmental protection cost of the steel enterprise,and reduce the production cost of the chemical enterprise.Conducive to the sustainable development of the steel industry.
