Type A molecular sieve is A traditional adsorption material,which has the advantages of uniform pore diameter and good hydrothermal stability,and rare earth ions can improve the activity and stability of type A molecular sieve.Therefore,how to better introduce rare earth ions into molecular sieve is the inevitable trend of molecular sieve preparation.In this paper,A one-step synthesis process of rare earth molecular sieve by atomization pyrolysis was designed.In the process of synthesizing type A molecular sieve,rare earth ions were successfully introduced into the molecular sieve framework,and rare earth deposits were also found in the pores.The purpose of this thesis is to prepare type A molecular sieves from coal-based kaolin and introduce lanthanide metals to improve the performance of molecular sieves.Kaolin clay was prepared based on coal-based kaolin.The type A molecular sieve was prepared by atomization pyrolysis.The lanthanide metal was introduced on the basis of preparation of type A molecular sieve to prepare ReA molecular sieve.X-ray diffraction(XRD)analyzer,Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)analyzer,X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy(XRF)analysis,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),to study the best solution for coal-based kaolin activation,The effects of synthesis conditions on the structure of synthetic A-type molecular sieves were studied and the effects of modified A-type molecular sieves on experimental conditions were investigated.Through the activation study of coal-series kaolin,the structural transformation has taken place,from crystal ordered state to crystal disorder,and from low activity to high activity.Coal measures kaolin is the most suitable activation temperature is between 600 ~ 900 ?,calcination time for 5 h at this time of metakaolin provide suitable silica alumina source for the preparation of molecular sieve.The effects of molar ratio of sodium hydroxide and activated kaolin,atomization temperature and atomization pressure on the synthesis of molecular sieve were investigated.When the molar ratio is(n)kaolin:(n)sodium hydroxide:(n)deionized water = 1: 2: 300,atomization pressure is 0.35 MPa,atomization temperature is 600 ° C,and a type A molecular sieve is prepared.XRD,FT-IR,SEM,laser particle size analyzer.Were used to analyze the performance of the prepared products,and the experiment basically reached the expected goal.After the successful synthesis of the A molecular sieve,the synthesis of the ReA molecular sieve was carried out.When the reaction molar ratio is(n)kaolin:(n)sodium hydroxide:(n)deionization:(n)water cesium chloride = 1: 2: 300: 0.03486,atomization pressure is 0.35 MPa,atomization temperature is At 600 ° C,REA molecular sieves were prepared,and the products were analyzed by XRD,FT-IR,SEM,laser particle size analyzer.The experiment basically reached the expected goal.
