Since the carbon emission rights,as a scarce and valuable economic resource,have become commodities in trade.China has been seven carbon trading pilot areas.The carbon trading market has kept developing and trading areas expanding.With the increasing diversification of participants,the carbon product are constantly enriched.Carbon trading has not only commodity and monetary attributes,but also scarcity and strategy of financial resources,what results in the risk of carbon trading risk.At present,China is in the exploration stage of carbon finance development,and has not yet form risk management system.Based on the identify price risk of carbon trading,China’s early warming system of the carbon price risk can build so that it is very significance for the vigorous development of China’s carbon market in an orderly,healthy and good environment.This early warning system of the carbon trading price risk does help to carbon asset risk management.First of all,the article makes a correlated review of the domestic and foreign researches.Based on a descriptive analysis of China’s carbon trading market and a comparison of the price fluctuation in carbon trading pilot areas,the article studies on the price risk.It focuses on the impact for participants in carbon trading market.Then,from the perspective of carbon assets,macroeconomic,energy price,air quality and exchange rate.The article carries out a warning index system for carbon trading price risk.The article builds an system in carbon trading price risk classification by introducing the principle of mean,media,mode and single to know the risk level.The input in BP neural network model value is warning index of price risk.The output value is risk classification system.There is a discussion based on the empirical results of this early warming system.Last,this article puts forwards some suggestions from the perspective of government,carbon exchange and financial institutions to risk control,risk warning and risk management,on China’s early warning system in carbon trading price risk.Figure18;Table10;Reference 50... |
