| This paper considered the characteristics of titanium alloy,by using IPG YLS-4000 laser welding system,process experimental study has been carried out for ZTA15 titanium alloy of 5mm thick and TA15 titanium alloy of 1mm thick.The different effects of technological parameter on welding parameters have been studied.The test results have been contrastively analyze and find out the key factors that mostly affect the welding parameters.The mechanical properties and the microstructure of the welded joint have been analyzed,deformation control of Laser Welded Frame-covering Structures has been carried out.This paper aimed at the Frame-covering Structures,by using optical fiber laser welding system,process experimental study and deformation control research has been carried out for ZTA15 titanium alloy of 5mm thick and TA15 titanium alloy of 1mm thick.First,surfacing process experimental study has been carried out for ZTA15,the different effects of technological parameter(the laser power,the welding speed,the laser pulse period,the defocusing amount and the protective gas flow)on welding parameters have been studied.An ideal technological procedure of laser welding of ZTA15 has been formed.Followed by the study focused on the Frame-covering Structures.Process experimental study and deformation control research has been carried out for lap joints and lock butt joints.The effects of the laser power,welding speed,laser pulse period and the fit-up gap on welding parameters have been discussed.The mechanical properties and the microstructure of the welded joint have been analyzed,technological procedure of laser welding of the test article has been formed.Finally,technological equipment with the function of cooling and fixation was designed to control the welding deformation of the product.The deformation of key points were tested and analyzed.A special welding path was used to decrease the deformation. |
