(1)Quality analysis showed that different levels of Biluochun tea had significant difference(P <0.05)from Dongting mountain,and the quality of same level was not stable enough.Especially the moisture was excessive in some part of the enterprise,and other physical and chemical indicators meet the national standards.The content of theaflavins and thearubigins in black tea were significantly lower than the control group,and other physical and chemical indicators meet the national standards too.(2)The survey result showed that though Suzhou Dongting mountain Biluochun tea had obviously development advantages,irrational factors were found in the tea cultivation,production and processing,and all of these irrational factors were bad for healthy development of tea.From the survey result,we could found that small and scattered tea cultivation are still exists.Certification and accreditation has not yet formed the mainstream in the area.Only few tea enterprises has effective quality traceability system.The process of fermentation of black tea are surprisingly different.Few leading or influential enterprise could be found in this area,and low degree of mechanization.(3)SWOT analytic method was used to analyzing the strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and challenges of the development of Suzhou Dongting mountain Biluochun tea and Black tea,then comprehensive assessment of the development potential of the region of tea and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Dongting mountain tea.Firstly,integrating the planting land,hatching the main body of competition.Secondly,enhance the quality of personnel,strengthen innovation ability.Third,modify the current standard,promote the mechanical production.Fourth,master the quality and safety,develop e-commerce.In conclusion,development of Suzhou Dongting mountain tea industry had great market competitiveness but also exist inadequate areas for improvement.To take appropriate measures or countermeasures,the tea industry in the region will certainly have a bright future.
