Semi-automatic template sewing machine is a widely used which combines garment template technology to produce production.It has a high cost performance ratio,so it has a high market share.However,due to the lack of automation control,the movement of sewing template relies entirely on manual propulsion of sewing workers,which is easy to cause instability of sewing thread and low efficiency.The paper puts forward and designs a computer synchronous traction machine to control the movement of the feed template of the stepping motor,replacing the manual push by the workers.According to the synchronization problem of semi-automatic template sewing machine running speed and the speed of sewing template,this paper presents and designs a computer synchronous traction machine,through real-time acquisition of semi-automatic template sewing machine speed and the parameters of the sensor,control the stepper motor rotation traction wheel and dragging sewing template simultaneously enhanced the degree of automation semi-automatic the template sewing machine effectively,reduce the operation difficulty of sewing workers,so as to improve the production yield and production efficiency.The main research work of this paper includes:(1)this paper takes semi-automatic template sewing machine as the research object,and deeply studies the feeding mechanism and its running characteristics.(2)in view of the current shortage of semi-automatic template sewing machine market synchronous auxiliary device of signal acquisition and real-time control algorithm,this paper adopts fuzzy control algorithm,fuzzy processing of the sensor signal to the automatic control,and the segmented according to these fuzzy quantity,using SpTA algorithm for traction step motor control algorithm design and implementation,complete nonlinear computer synchronous traction machine intelligent control.(3)based on time slice multitask and multi thread scheduling algorithm architecture,we designed and implemented various functional modules including basic control function,stepper motor synchronization control function,input function,record storage function and display function,so as to enhance the overall performance of the system.(4)the hardware and software of the whole controller of the computer synchronous traction machine is designed and implemented based on the 16 bit microcontroller of the dsPIC33 series of Microchip company.(5)the test of the application system of the computer synchronous traction machine and the verification of all the parameters.The research work of this thesis is based on a garment manufacturing factory commissioned the development of adaptive template semi-automatic sewing machine production line project,through the laboratory functional test and factory test pilot,currently in the garment manufacturing production line adapter,and normal operation,test results show that the production efficiency and yield the increase of at least 25% or more,to verify the effectiveness of the research work.
