| With the increasing proportion of composite materials in aircraft,the requirement for composite molding tooling is getting higher and higher,which poses severe challenges to the technology of aviation mold manufacturing department.Composite mold determines the overall size,shape,surface quality,internal quality of composite parts in the process of composite material forming.Plainly,as the important technological equipment of the composite parts,the molding determines the quality of the product and the manufacturing cycle of the parts to a great extent.At present,the composite mold for aircraft is generally a thin plate frame type,and the material is generally made of Invar.The manufacturing process of composite forming molds has also changed from the processing method based on ordinary processing to the processing method based on CNC machining.However,due to the limitations of history,the old models of the old model are made of casting aluminum parts,and its manufacturing basis is transmitted by analog data.Therefore,how to quickly and effectively convert analog to digital,and formulate a reasonable die manufacturing process has become one of the important difficulties in aircraft composite material forming die manufacturing.In this paper,based on the practical problems faced by the development of new model,the reverse modeling method and the application of reverse modeling in composite forming die and manufacturing process are studied.Using HandSCAN300 three-dimensional laser scanner,the point cloud data of the die are given.A reasonable scanning path is designed to improve the accuracy of data acquisition.The point cloud data is preprocessed by CATIA software,which improves the speed and quality of model building.The data acquisition,data processing and reverse modeling of composite material forming die for a certain type of machine were completed.Through the study of the overall manufacturing process of the molding mold of the composite material and the key manufacturing processes such as overall manufacturing process and cutting process,blanking and cutting,precision forming,air tight welding,heat treatment and NC machining,a reasonable mold manufacturing process is made.Finally,a verifying experimentwas carried out,and an anti ice lip composite molding mold was built according to the reverse modeling method mentioned above.And the feasibility of the process scheme is also verified. |
