Coal is an important strategic resource for our country’s survival and development for a long time.In recent years,with the continuous increase of its mining depth,it has made tremendous contributions to our country’s economy,but also brought a series of technical and safety problems.The construction of roadways through faults is one of them.It is urgent for us to improve mining technology and enhance management ability in order to avoid the occurrence of safety accidents.In the process of exploiting the West Third mining area of Qianyingzi Coal Mine,it is necessary to pass through F22 fault,which will bring many risks to safety management,schedule management,cost control and so on.It is necessary to study and control all kinds of risks during the Fault-Crossing period.In view of the problems of high risk and difficult management in cross-fault construction,it is proposed that in the aspect of construction technology,advance exploration should be carried out for the concentrated stone gate in the West Third Mining Area by means of ground exploration,integrated exploration of drilling and geophysical exploration and advanced exploration,and the fault drop,water-rich conductivity and development of fault zone at the crossing fault of roadway are clarified.Through the study of the integrated method of underground circulation advance exploration and geophysical drilling,the water-rich and weak conductivity of the fault is confirmed,and the location,width,filler and cementation of the fault fracture zone are identified.According to the fault condition,a shielding technology of advanced pipe shed + slotted bolt is put forward,the concrete steps of the scheme implementation are defined,and the feasible scheme for project management and maintenance is put forward.The practice shows that the scheme can achieve good results.In view of the safety management and schedule arrangement during fault crossing construction,safety management measures are defined,safety management during advance exploration is formulated,and emergency aversion channel is selected.The management measures of several working procedures including roof exploration and roof erection during the construction of roadway through faults are studied and formulated.This paper calculates the working procedure time of single line and system running through in Xisan mining area,manages the construction progress,draws the flow chart of single line and system running through project in mining area,guarantees the safety of coal mine construction through faults.In order to ensure that technology and management are in place,a 331 safety management model based on three periods(pre-class,in-class and after-class)and "three-person joint post" and "one",namely,cadre moving management,is put forward through the construction of 331 safety management system.Through the basic research of safety management and innovation research of safety management,the innovation of methods and methods of safety risk management and accident hidden danger investigation has been promoted,which provides a strong guarantee for the management of cross-fault construction project.Through the above measures,the cost is saved by 730,000 yuan,and the economic benefit is remarkable.At the same time,the construction period is guaranteed and the safety production is realized.It is important that in the construction process,the management technicians of Qian Yingzi Coal Mine have established the concept of project management.
