With the popularization of computer technology and software technology in the chemical industry,chemical process simulation software has received enough attention and development,and there are current mainstream chemical simulation softwares such as Aspen Plus,HYSYS,Pro/II,etc.,but different simulation software has the respective advantages and application areas are incompatible with each other.Therefore,in order to improve the interoperability between different simulation software,the EU put forward the cape-open standard in the 1990 s,which standardized the program interface of process simulation software and realized the seamless integration between different simulation software and components.In addition,solid processing is widely used as a solid separation method in chemical production,and is widely used in petroleum,mineral processing,pharmaceutical and fine chemical industries.Its separation ability directly affects enterprise benefits.Through the simulation study of the solidshandlingprocess,the solidshandling equipment can be designed,optimized and modified to improve separation.effectiveness.Therefore,the development of solidshandlingprocesssimulation system that following the CAPE-OPEN standard has important practical significance.In the Visual Studio 2005 development environment,this article uses the Visual C++ programming language to develop a solidshandling process simulation system based on the CAPE-OPEN standard.First,using the SQLite database management system to build a database of more than 13 properties containing more than 1900 solid components,and through the C++ language to achieve the connection with the simulation software;Second,according to the function of the module,the solidshandling equipment is divided into the gas-solid separators,liquid-solid separators and solid-solid separators,and through the study of the solidshandling process,the mathematical models of the three types of solidshandling modules and particle size distribution module are established;Then,based on the CAPE-OPEN standard,six solid unit modules were developed using COM technology: cyclone,electrostatic precipitator,fabric filter,centrifuge filter,rotary vacuum filter,screening and a universal particle size distribution module.Finally,the solidshandlingprocess simulation system developed by the self-developed simulation software is tested by examples,and the calculation results are compared with the mainstream chemical simulation software.The results show that the calculated results of the simulation system of the solidshandling process are basically consistent with the simulation values of the mainstream simulation software,and the calculation accuracy is high,which can simulate the solidshandling process more accurately,and can integrate and interact with any simulation software supporting CAPE-OPEN standard according to the compiled DLL file.The solidshandling process simulation system developed based on the CAPE-OPEN standard has important theoretical value and practical value.In addition,the structure of each component in the process simulation system is clear and independent,which facilitates subsequent maintenance and optimization,laying the foundation for the development of more solid handling unit modules.
