The picks are the key parts of the coal mining machine and the roadheader.The quality of the material has an important impact on the reliability,economy and efficiency of the coal mining work.There are various measures to extend the life of the pick.Usually,the picking structure and the production process are used to improve the relevant performance of the pick.Therefore,it is important to study the production process of the picking machine to improve the production efficiency of the mining machine and the economic benefit of the enterprise.In order to improve the wear resistance of the pick material,the three factors of cryogenic temperature,cryogenic time and cryogenic alternating number were selected for the orthogonal test design of the cryogenic treatment of the pick material,and the performance was obtained by the range analysis method.Corresponding optimized process schemes were carried out by scanning electron microscopy?SEM?and X-ray diffraction?XRD?to analyze the microstructure of YG10 and 42Cr Mo,and the wear mechanism of the pick material was explored.The main research contents and conclusions of the thesis are as follows:?1?This paper research the influence of different cryogenic treatment parameters on the wear resistance of YG10 cemented carbide materials,obtain the optimization process by range analysis,and analyze the wear scar and microstructure of the specimen to explore the wear of YG10 cemented carbide.Mechanism and deepening treatment of its wear resistance strengthening mechanism,the results show that compared with the traditional process,the hardness increased by 33.6%,the wear resistance increased by 72.8%,the order of the factors affecting the wear resistance is the cryogenic temperature>cryogenic time>cryogenic alternating number of times,the optimized process scheme is cryogenic temperature-196?,cryogenic time 24h,and cryogenic alternating times twice.The?phase precipitation and the transformation of the binder phase?-Co to?-Co are the main reasons for improving the wear resistance of YG10 cemented carbide.?2?This paper research the influence of different cryogenic treatment parameters on the wear resistance of 42Cr Mo tooth material,the optimization process was obtained by range analysis,and the wear scar and microstructure of the sample were analyzed to explore the wear mechanism of 42Cr Mo alloy steel and The deep cooling treatment strengthens the wear resistance mechanism.The results show that compared with the traditional process,the hardness is improved by 3.9%,the wear resistance is increased by 24.1%,the impact toughness is increased by 54.7%,and the order of the factors affecting the wear resistance.For the cryogenic temperature>cryogenic time>the number of cryogenic alternating times,the order of impact on impact toughness is cryogenic time>cryogenic alternating number>cryogenic temperature,and the optimized process scheme is cryogenic temperature-196?,cryogenic time.24h,the number of cryogenic alternating changes 2 times.The transformation of retained austenite and the precipitation and refinement of carbides such as Cr7C3and Fe3C are the main reasons for improving the wear resistance of 42Cr Mo alloy steel.
