| This study adopts the method of solution polymerization,with acrylic acid,methyl methacrylate,butyl acrylate,isooctyl acrylate,methyl acrylate monomer as raw materials,such as silane coupling agent AC-76 as a modifier,the synthesis of organic silicone modified anionic water-borne acrylic resin.The water-borne acrylic resin modified by organosilicone was prepared by adding a certain amount of Silok organosilicone and adding cyanoamino resin curing agent respectively.The effect of silane coupling agent modification on the properties of water-borne acrylic resin during the synthesis process were studied,and the effect of the varieties and dosage of Silok organosilicone and the varieties and dosage of cyanothiamine resin curing agent on the properties of paint film were investigated.As a contrast experiment,synthesis of unsaturated polyester and saturated polyester,acrylic resin to make use of synthetic polyester modified,second modification and adding SiO2,studied the polyester modification effect on the properties of acrylic resin coating application,and the preparation of the paint film with silicone modified acrylic resin paint film performance comparison.The experimental results show that the organic silicone modified acrylic resin is better than that of polyester modified acrylic resin.The prepared organosilicone modified acrylic resin coating has high gloss,high hardness and impact resistance,good flexibility and adhesion.The highest gloss of paint film is132.7 Gu,individual film hardness for 6 h,impact resistance to 50 kg/cm,flexibility test can achieve bending diameter 2 mm,adhesion of paint film can reach level0,and has excellent hydrophobic and water resistant,resistant to acid.Ir spectra showed that silane coupling agent successfully participated in copolymerization and TGA-DTG experiments showed that the thermal stability of water-borne acrylic resin coatings was improved by the modification of organosilicon. |
