There are various safety monitoring systems in modem mines,which guarantee the safe production of coal mines.In these monitoring systems,a variety of data acquisition substations and sensors are used,which are produced by different manufacturers,and different data transmission protocols and data transmission interfaces are used in data transmission.When different protocol devices are added to the monitoring system,it is necessary to redevelop the data acquisition program.The system has poor expansibility and versatility.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and practical value to study a method to make the coal mine safety monitoring system easily access monitoring equipment of different protocols.Firstly,this dissertation investigates and analyses the communication mode and interface of coal mine safety monitoring equipment,designs multi-interface communication method,unifies the monitoring equipment of various modes and interfaces,and divides the protocol analysis into protocol identification and data analysis.Then,it should analyze the protocols of Modbus protocol,Tangshan Dafanghuizhong instrument open channel flowmeter protocol and other coal mine safety monitoring equipment,and the upstream and downstream frame models of their messages are given.The downlink frame model of protocol message is divided into station number attribute,data attribute,command attribute,frame length attribute,frame header feature,frame tail feature and verification;the upstream frame model of protocol message is divided into frame header group,data group and frame tail group.Protocol parsing is divided into two parts:identification and parsing.Secondly,a protocol identification method and a general protocol analysis method are designed for protocol identification,device identification,frame head,frame length and frame tail.Finally,a multi-interface universal protocol parsing system is designed and implemented,which provides users with protocol editing function,device adding function and communication interface configuration function.It can generate corresponding serial communication interface according to the number and parameters of communication serial port set by users,and establish UDP server and TCP server.It can also separate stations according to communication mode and inspection cycle of sub-stations patrol inspection;can generate downlink frames according to the structure information of protocol items,identify and analyze the upstream frames.The system uses multi-threading technology to effectively improve the efficiency of data processing,and uses data buffer to store monitoring data frames,effectively avoiding data packet loss.The final test results show that the multi-interface universal protocol parsing system can meet the functional requirements,and has good scalability and versatility.
