| With the continuous development of information tec.hnology,the requirements and regulations of safety supervision decision-making information for leaders of safety supervision departments at all levels are constantly improving.Local Coal Administration/Safety Supervision Bureau and domestic coal mine groups are required to complete the monitoring networking of mine safety monitoring system within their jurisdiction to meet the difficulties of safety monitoring and supervision,such as numerous control,difficult decision-making analysis and wide geographical distribution,to fully control the underground production environment and situation,to predict and analyze the safety situation through monitoring data,Ningxia Coal Group Root According to the requirements of the State Safety Supervision Bureau and the State Energy Group,a safety monitoring and monitoring networking platform of Ningxia Coal Mine Group is established on the basis of the safety monitoring and monitoring platform built by the subordinate mines.The data at the mine end are uploaded and displayed online,and the real-time data can provide information support for the safety production management and control of the mine.Through the realization of the requirement development and function design of some modules in the networking platform construction of Ningxia Coal Mine Group,this paper shows the process design and development of the networking platform system,including the selection of development environment,the construction of database infrastructure,the design and development of business modules,the customization of basic data protocols,and the development of message warning functions.The system mainly uses C+ as the development language,uses Microsoft SQL Server 2014,Microsoft Visual 2013 development platform and MongoDB database to upload,parse and integrate real-time monitoring data,builds a unified data networking center for real-time data classification and storage,and managers realize the security of grass-roots production units through master data management.The software mainly realizes the functions of collecting,uploading,parsing,storing and distributing monitoring data of mine safety monitoring and control system,and plays a decisive role in coal mine safety production and emergency dispatching.This subject sets part of Ningxia Coal Mine and virtual mine end as test environment.Through the integration of monitoring data at mine end,the full and effective joint test has been carried out.The test and application results show that the data structure framework,basic data protocol and system function module used in the system development process meet the needs of security monitoring at the present stage and in a certain period of time in the future.Monitor the availability and timeliness of networking platforms.The database management manager can realize the basic management of database data,the system message early warning function can achieve the real-time alarm information transmission of abnormal state in the system,the system function module can achieve the overall design goal of the networking platform,meet the requirements of monitoring and monitoring system data integration,and achieve the expected goal of the subject research. |
