China is one of the countries with many types of coal mine disasters in the world,core mine fire is one of the five major disasters in the safe production of coal mine.Coal spontaneous combustion not only burns out resources,damages equipment and pollutes the environment,but also seriously threatens the safety of underground workers.If the underground fire is not well controlled,it will cause huge losses to the enterprise.Therefore,research on fire prevention technology is of great significance to mine safety production.Daliuta Coal Mine is one of the backbone mines of Shendong Coal Company of National Energy Group.The mining coal seam has the characteristics of shallow depth,close distance and large thickness.Due to the limitation of technical conditions and other conditions during mining,the coal seam goaf and the overlying coal seam goaf h,ave different residual coals.Affected by large mining height,the surface of the mine collapses seriously,and the fracture zone basically penetrates to the surface,and the overburden and the surrounding small kiln are severely mined and the amount of coal remains large.The spontaneous combustion probability of the residual coal in the goaf is high,which has a great impact on the safe and efficient mining of the mine.Therefore,mine safety production faces serious threats and needs to be resolved.Based on the actual fire prevention of the Daliuta Mine,this thesis focuses on the variation of the composition and concentration of gaseous products in the spontaneous combustion process of the No.12 coal seam of the Huojitu with the temperature.By analyzing the oxygen consumption characteristics and exothermic characteristics of coal temperature(40?-50?)of coal spontaneous combustion,dry cracking temperature(80??90?)and natural ignition marker gas(CO,C2H4)were determined.At the same time,the relationship between the spontaneous combustion tendency of coal and the spontaneous combustion process and oxygen concentration was also investigated.According to the"three-band" observation and numerical simulation of the site,the dangerous area of the goaf was objectively determined,and the minimum safe propulsion speed of the working face was determined.Finally,on the basis of experimental research and on-site testing,a comprehensive anti-fire extinguishing technology system with advance prediction and grouting as the main,supplemented by nitrogen injection and upper and lower plugging is established.Combined with the practice of high temperature treatment in the goaf of 12315 fully mechanized mining face in Huojitu,the effect of fire prevention technology system was investigated.This research has guiding and practical significance for further fire prevention technology in Daliuta Coal Mine.
