Evaluation Of The Whitening Efficacy Of Three Kinds Of Rose Extracts

This paper revolves around from jinan and rose essential oil co.,LTD.Three rose extract,about roses cell SAP,rose essential oil,rose pure dew,its effect on B16F10 cells whitening efficacy of exploratory research.Studies were conducted on cytotoxicity,tyrosinase inhibition activity,tyrosinase activity,melanin content and real-time PCR.The results showed that the inhibition activity of tyrosinase in rose cell fluid,rose pure dew and rose essential oil had no regular change with the increase of concentration.Rose and rose pure water concentration cell SAP with the increasing order of 6.25%,12.50%,25.00%,within 24 h,48 h under these two periods,tyrosinase activity and melanin content decreasing trends.The concentration of rose essential oil as 1/3000,1 2000,1/1000 / concentration increasing,within 24 h,48 h under these two periods,tyrosinase activity and melanin content was also gradually reduced,which rose and rose essential oil content of two kinds of extracts of melanin cell SAP inhibitory effect than kojic acid positive control group.In order to explore whether the cell fluid of rose blocks the production of melanin during the transport of melanocytes,real-time PCR experiments were conducted around the cell fluid of rose.The concentration of rose cell fluid increased by 6.25%,12.50% and 25.00%.At 24 h and 48 h,TRP1,MITF,MyoVa and Rab27 a were positively correlated with the concentration of rose cell fluid.Moreover,real-time PCR experiments showed that rose cell fluid had a significant inhibitory effect on melanogenesis in the transport of melanocytes.
