Research On Enterprise Safety Production Early Warning System Based On Big Data

The rapid development of science and technology and economic technology in our country has led to the rapid development of enterprises in our country,and the scale of production of enterprises has been expanding continuously.However,under the circumstances of accelerating the expansion and development of enterprises,a huge amount of data has been generated in the process of production safety of enterprises,and the problem of production safety of enterprises has also been escalating.With the continuous competition among enterprises,safety in production has become the most advantageous competitiveness among enterprises.At the same time,due to the incalculable loss caused by the occurrence of safety accidents,the enterprise’s desire for safe production is more intense and urgent.Nowadays,most enterprises still use more traditional enterprise safety management methods,which have many problems:mostly based on experience and intuitive inspection,thus ignoring the attention of some hidden safety hazards that can not be observed intuitively;unable to quantitatively analyze and evaluate the current state of enterprise safety production,thus failing to achieve the effect of accurate accident prevention.It can not effectively utilize the large-scale data generated in the process of enterprise safety production,so it can not fully explore the potential value of large-scale data.In order to effectively cope with the safety production problems and urgent needs of enterprises,it is necessary to establish a scientific and standardized early warning index system for safety production,and then to establish an early warning system for safety production of enterprises by using the current advanced forecasting methods combined with large data technology.This paper presents an enterprise safety early warning system based on large data.Firstly,it establishes the guiding ideology:using PDCA cycle of safety management as the guiding ideology for the design of early warning mechanism for enterprise safety production;secondly,on the basis of literature research and enterprise visits,it establishes scientific and standardized early warning index system for enterprise safety production;secondly,on the basis of early warning index system,it combines early warning analysis and statistical theory knowledge.Complete the establishment of early warning model for enterprise safety production,including real-time monitoring and early warning model and prediction and early warning model;at the same time,realize the functions of big data collection,hadoop-based distributed storage,data processing ETL,prediction and early warning analysis for enterprise safety production data;finally,use Java Web technology to implement the early warning system for enterprise safety production,and realize it in MATLAB environment.Verification of real-time monitoring and early warning function.
