| China is the largest plywood production country in the world.Veneer process is important.The veneer process is the first step of plywood production.Technical level and quality of spindleless lathe directly affects the quality of veneer.It’s the core equipment in plywood production line.The research and development of spindleless lathe has an important significance to improve the technology level of plywood industry is our country.First,the article researches the feeding speed,acceleration and force of spindelless lathe.On the basis of theory of two degree of freedom vibration system,establish the dynamics vibration mathematical model of feeding system,and get translational and torsional vibration frequency.Then,use ANSYS application to analyze the static characteristics of feeding system,check the strength and rigidity of system,and find that the weakest point in system is the loading face and the fixing plate in end of ball screw.And I found the reason law of vibration and reason why the feeding system vibrates a lot at low frequencies,according to the result of model analysis and frequency response analysis.At last,establish the parameterized geometric model of the feed system,based on the method of structural optimization.Complete the optimization and solve the problem that low-frequency vibration amplitude of feeding system is too big.And the quality of veneer is increased a lot. |
