Environmental pollution has become the biggest problem in today’s social development.As an essential part of power structure,power station equipped with gas turbines has its main pollutants NO_X.It is helpful to do the combustion tuning on a regular basis in order to keep its emissions at the low level.However,due to restrictions in technology transfer agreement,this work is basically completed by foreign manufacturers.Further researching and developing the technology is imperative because we still have failed to grasp it so far.This thesis will focus on the NO_X emissions of single shaft gas turbine used in the power station,with equipped with DLN2.0 plus combustion system.Firstly,we finished the tuning tests on site to obtain the NO_X emissions data and operation parameters.Secondly,a mathematical model suitable for the gas turbine performance is carried out with the software of IPSEpro and a prediction model suitable for the NO_X emissions is carried out with Least Square Support Vector Machine as well.Thirdly,the simulation experiment is conducted.Finally,the simulation results reflect correctly the rule of the NO_X emissions,so it can be concluded that the present model results have proved its applicability and practicability.Thus the model which is designed in the thesis can predict the NO_X emissions in different conditions without any NO_X produced.
