In the research background of The fiber wet winding process,the contradiction between the shelf life and high activity of resin of the intermittent resin dispensing-tank dipping method and the difficulty of continuously automate production caused by resin tank dipping method in the traditional wet winding process is analyzed and explored.In combination with the new automatic winding resin automatic mixing and impregnating and related technology development at home and abroad,a new online winding resin automatic mixing and impregnating system can be successfully designed and built to solve the above problems,and using the existing equipment of the laboratory to build the relevant experimental platform,the relevant experiments and verification analysis of the online winding resin automatic mixing and impregnating system.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)The viscosity-temperature characteristics,curing process and other related process characteristics of the new cyanate resin and nylon 6 resin system were analyzed.And The traditional intermittent resin dispensing-tank dipping method was analyzed,we found that the contradiction caused by the existence of limitation of resin shelf life between the high activity of the resin matrix and the shelf life of the resin.The design requirements of the online winding resin automatic dispensing and mixing system are listed in combination with the development of the relevant technology of resin automatic mixing and impregnating.The design scheme of the online winding resin automatic dispensing and mixing system was put forward,and the selection of related equipment was analyzed,and the online winding resin automatic dispensing and mixing system was successfully built.(2)The traditional impregnating technology was expounded and analyzed.It was found that in the traditional impregnating technology,due to the limitation of the shelf-life of the resin,the common resin impregnating method is difficult to continuously produce for a long time.The conclusion of the key factors in the development of the winding technology is proposed.The design requirements of the new resin impregnating system are put forward.Combined with the development of the related new resin impregnating technology,a new resin impregnating system is designed based on the design requirements of the resin impregnating system.Completed the design and forming of various components and finally built a new resin impregnating system.(3)The equipment for winding NOL rings has been built on the basis of online winding resin automatic mixing and impregnating system.The new cyanate resin system and HS-40 carbon fiber were used as raw materials to carry out the experiment of winding NOL ring at different winding speed,some relevant experimental data were measured and recorded respectively,in addition that the NOL ring wrapped in the previous experiment was sampled,and the resin mass content in the circumferential and axial various positions and the tensile strength and layer shear strength of each part of the NOL ring were measured.These relevant experimental data were calculated and analyzed,the result show that: the error value between the theoretical value of the output speed of the resin system and each component of the online winding resin automatic dispensing and mixing system and the experimental value is kept within ±3%,and the error value between the theoretical value of the mixing ratio of the online winding resin automatic dispensing and mixing system and the experimental value is kept within ±2%,This proves that the online winding resin automatic mixing and impregnating system has higher accuracy in output resin and mixed resin,and the dispensing system responds linearly to changes in fiber speed in a linear;Combined with the curing exothermic curve of the mixed resin output from the online winding resin automatic mixing and impregnating system and the homogeneously mixed resin of the same component,the conclusion is drawn that the uniformity of the online winding resin automatic mixing and impregnating system is good;the tensile strength and layer shear strength of all parts of the NOL ring wrapped by the online winding resin automatic mixing and impregnating system can be stably maintained at the same value and the error value is kept within ±4% and ±10%.The mass resin content in the circumferential and axial various positions of the NOL ring can be stably maintained between 28.5% and 29.5% and the error value is maintained at ±3%.Combined with the observation of the microscopic morphology of the NOL ring sample,the distribution of fiber and resin in the wounded part was analyzed,and it was proved that the new impregnating system can ensure uniform impregnation and strength distribution of each part of the wound part.
