Ultra-precision machining technology is an emerging multi-disciplinary technology.Its development promises the prosperity of series of military and civilian industries,contributes to national strategic security and national economic growth.Ultra-precision processing equipment,as the master machine of ultra-precision products,is the direct realization of ultra-precision machining technology.Its number determines the extent of ultra-precision machining technology in use,and the importance of developing ultra-precision processing equipment is self-evident.In this paper,the structural design,performance analysis and experimental investigation of the spindle-bearing system of ultraprecision grinding machine are carried out.Starting from the most basic fluid lubrication theory,to the static and dynamic characteristics of the super-spindlebearing system,the structure of this paper is worked from shallow to deep.The displacement behavior of the spindle was studied,the machining error caused by the disturbance was discussed.Some suggestions for the design and use of the spindle-bearing system were put forward.The article reflects the reciprocating routine of structural design and performance analysis.In the experimental inquiry part,different types of experimental schemes are designed to study different aspects of spindle vibration,the detail of the problems that occur during the experiment are studied in detail,the errors in the experimental data and the causes of the errors are discussed.
