There are some problems in traditional anaerobic biofilm reactors,such as poor biological mass transfer efficiency,easy blockage of fillers and short flow in the reactor.In this study,the fully mixed anaerobic biofilm reactor was driven by an agitator to make the filler flow in a circular state.This flow pattern can enhance the process of biological mass transfer between waste water and filler,and maximize the utilization of microbial biochemical treatment capacity.This topic in full hybrid Anaerobic biofilm reactor for research center,flow field of the reactor flow,processing efficiency,microbes community and Anaerobic Digestion Model NO.1(ADM1)to related research.Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)numerical simulation and Particle Image Velocimetry(PIV)flow field test are used to calculate the optimal structural size of the reactor:the aspect ratio of the reactor shell is 1:1(300mm×300mm),the type of agitator is inclined blade type,the diameter of the agitator is 140mm,the tilt angle of the blade is 30 degrees,and the agitator is 80mm from the bottom of the reactor.Under this design condition,the packing presents an internal circulation flow state in the reactor,and the flow field is evenly distributed in the reactor,the packing and waste water are evenly mixed,and the dead zone is not easy to occur.Therefore,the biological mass transfer between the wastewater and the filler was enhanced,and the reactor wastewater treatment capacity was greatly improved.Then,the artificial synthetic wastewater of beer was used as the test inlet water,and the reactor was started by pre-hanging film and low-load start-up.Finally,the inlet COD of the reactor was increased to 4000mg/L,and the volume load of the reactor was increased to 13.33kgCOD/(m~3·d).When the reactor was stable,the COD removal rate could reach more than 95%.Then,response surface method was used to explore the optimal operating parameters and the maximum processing efficiency of the reactor.By establishing response surface regression model and regression equation,the optimal operating parameters of the reactor were obtained:HRT was 21.42h,stirring paddle speed was 101.34rpm,inlet alkalinity was25.22mmol/L,and COD removal rate could reach 96.93%.The filler material in this reactor is polyurethane.As the weight of the filler increases gradually,the color of the filler surface deepens gradually.In addition,Scanning electron microscope(SEM)and high-throughput sequencing analysis showed that,compared with inoculated sludge,Methanothrix and Methanospirillum were dominant archaea in stable operation of the reactor,with the relative abundance of 57.6%and 13.44%,respectively.Finally,ADM1was established based on this reactor.According to the properties of wastewater and the degradation law and kinetic equation of ethanol in this experiment,ADM1 was extended to be suitable for degradation of beer synthetic wastewater.Through sensitivity analysis and parameter estimation of relevant parameters,the model is corrected,and the corrected model can accurately describe the change rules and changes of various influent components in the reactor,which provides a theoretical basis for our in-depth study of anaerobic digestion.
