Since the introduction of support system in the development of coal technology in China,the traditional surface treatment and passive support are usually adopted in the treatment of slope engineering such as open pit mine in China,which has certain limitations and backwardness.With the rapid development of China’s economic construction,the new composite bolt retaining wall support system has developed rapidly in the coastal areas of China at this stage,and has become one of the important development directions in slope support research.Based on the example of slope engineering in Liuzhou,Guangxi,this paper explores the advantages and popularization of the new composite retaining system compared with the traditional shotcrete-anchor support.The core and emphasis of slope engineering is stability analysis.At present,the main methods of stability analysis are Swedish slice method and Bishop method based on limit equilibrium theory.By introducing Liuzhou Slope Project as an example,this paper makes a comparative analysis and explores the applicability of the two stability analysis methods in practical engineering.Finally,through comparative analysis,it can be concluded that the Bishop method should be the main method in slope stability analysis,because it is faster and more accurate than the traditional Swedish slice method,and it takes into account the actual force of slope engineering more comprehensively.Some.Faced with the narrow terrain of the slope,the height difference is too large,and the deformation control of the whole slope has a higher requirement for the special slope.Taking Liuzhou Slope Project as an example,compared with the traditional slope sloping and shotcrete-bolt support,the composite bolt retaining wall support system is a reasonable structural form under stress,giving full play to the strengths of each component,suitable for higher support protection,and the system can effectively control the deformation of the top of the slope.Therefore,the composite bolt retaining wall support system is a good support measure for the slope engineering which has strong spatial restriction and can not be adjusted in the future.For the dangerous slope which needs rapid treatment and has a sliding trend,taking another slope project in Liuzhou,Guangxi as an example,the composite bolt retaining wall support system can carry out rapid advance support,curb the sliding trend of the slope,and combine with the pre-stressed anchor cable lattice beam can form an active protection system,which has the advantages of large bearing capacity and good supporting effect.Composite retaining wall support system is more suitable for special slopes.Through the analysis and discussion of concrete examples,this paper first determines that Bishop’s method is more practical in the stability analysis method,and then comes to the conclusion that the practicability of composite bolt retaining wall support system is much better than that of traditional passive support system in the special terrain,i.e.under the condition of strong spatial restriction or dangerous slope engineering requiring rapid treatment,which is the same type of slope engineering in the future.Cheng can provide reference.Finally,some safety factors of rationalization are suggested to be improved in order to prevent the occurrence of slip.
