Sintering flue gas contains a large amount of nitrogen sulfide,which causes great harm to the environment and humans.Microwave technology is time-saving and efficient,and is of great significance for the treatment of nitrogen sulfide in sintering flue gas.The activated carbon was modified by different methods,the artificial flue gas was prepared to prepare sintering flue gas with different concentrations of SO2 and NOx,the control parameters such as microwave oven temperature and processing time were changed for microwave treatment,and the flue gas analyzer was used to test SO2 in the flue gas after microwave treatment.NOx concentration,and then optimize the microwave processing parameters,and explore the microwave treatment method suitable for desulfurization and denitrification of sintering flue gas in each stage.After modified by 3% nitric acid solution,microwave irradiation for 5 min,and V2O5 with a mass fraction of 1%,the activated carbon modification results were the best.The increase of microwave temperature and the increase of treatment time can accelerate the loss of activated carbon mass.At 800°C,the mass loss rate of carbon reached 13.75%and 11%respectively at 15min;when the mass of activated carbon was 50g,the carbon loss rate reached a minimum of 4.04%;and the increase of oxygen content aggravated the loss of activated carbon.Desulfurization and denitrification by microwave-modified activated carbon was carried out.It was found that when the mass of modified activated carbon was 30g,the microwave temperature was500 to 600°C,the heating time was 6 to 9min,the flue gas flow rate was 0.3 to 0.5L/min and the oxygen content was 12%.The desulfurization and denitration efficiencies were around 83%and 74%,respectively.Simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification of microwave and activated carbon,it is found that the increase of NO concentration can promote the desulfurization reaction,SO2 inhibits the denitration reaction,increases the oxygen content,promotes the desulfurization and denitrification reaction,the denitration efficiency is about 65%,and the desulfurization efficiency is up to 85%.Above,the desulfurization effect is higher than the denitration effect.Figure 29;Table 8;Reference 58...
