Hydrogels,a 3-dimensional network with a moisture content of up to 99%.It has biophysical properties similar to those of natural tissues.It has broad application prospects in the fields of biological organization,agriculture and intelligent biomimetic materials.However,the traditional hydrogel has low mechanical strength due to the low molecular chain density of the polymer.Therefore,the preparation of high-strength hydrogel is the key to the application of polymer hydrogel materials,and has been receiving much attention from the academic community.In recent years,researchers at home and abroad have carried out a lot of research work on how to improve the mechanical strength of hydrogels,and proposed a series of new high-strength hydrogel systems.This paper focuses on the following work for dual-network high-intensity hydrogels:Firstly,NAGA was synthesized and PNAGA/?-carrageenan double-network hydrogel was prepared by"ultraviolet photopolymerization"using NAGA and k-carrageenan as two monomers.The tensile properties of PNAGA/?-carrageenan double-network hydrogels were tested,the tensile strength was up to 1.7 MPa.The PNAGA/?-carrageenan double-network hydrogels were tested at 20? and 90?respectively,the mechanical properties were restored to 85% at 90?;self-healing experiments on PNAGA/?-carrageenan double-network hydrogel at 90?,the hydrogel tensile strength after healing was 0.4 Mpa;the cytotoxicity of L929 mouse fibroblasts on PNAGA/?-carrageenan double-network hydrogel was studied.Secondly,CS/PAA double network hydrogel was prepared by photopolymerization using acrylic acid(AA)and chitosan(CS)as monomers and N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide(MBAAA)as crosslinker.The gel was then dispersed in a hydrogel in the form of silver nitrate and the CS/PAA/nanosilver composite hydrogel was obtained by ultraviolet light irradiation.The effects of different factors on the mechanical properties and swelling behavior of CS/PAA double-network hydrogels were studied,the tensile strength of hydrogels was as high as 5.2 MPa;the antibacterial properties of CS/PAA/nanosilver composite hydrogels were investigated by inhibition zone experiments,indicating that they have good antibacterial activity against E.coli.Finally,P(NAGA/Histamine Acrylamine)double network hydrogel was prepared by photopolymerization using NAGA and Histamine Acrylamine as monomers.The mechanical properties of P(NAGA/Histamine Acrylamine)double-network hydrogel were studied,the tensile strength was 0.75 MPa;the conductivity of P(NAGA/Histamine Acrylamine)double-network hydrogel was tested and the conductivity was measured.
