| L group is the world’s leading gas producer with a leading position in the industry.The company’s long-term commitment to product quality improvement,by learning Lean Six Sigma management concept to eliminate production waste.And under the leadership of business executives,we make unremitting efforts to promote Lean Six Sigma management and reduce operation cost so as to enhance the competitiveness of the Company.Lean Production Theory and Six Sigma Theory are by far the most effective two management modes.There are some commonalities and differences between the two.However,they are complementary in management.Lean Six Sigma is not only an organic combination of Lean and Six Sigma,Lean thinking can be used to reduce costs and improve efficiency,but also through the management of Six Sigma to improve product quality,optimize the production process.This article through the literature research,elaborated lean production management theory and six sigma management theory as well as lean six sigma theory in domestic and international development status quo.Then organizational management,operations management and technology management system of the Lean Six Sigma in L group were described in detail.On this basis,taking concrete projects as an examples,this paper discusses the development of Lean Six Sigma in Company L from the aspects of project selection,project implementation and project evaluation,and provides reference and reference for companies in related industries. |
