| In our flexible packaging industry,2K solvent-based polyurethane adhesive with its mature composite process and excellent bonding performance has been dominated.However this process requires to use a large number of solvents,not only the environment will be polluted,the solvent residue in the flexible packaging will also harm the health of consumers.Recent years,with the of consumer safety and health awareness continuous improvement and national environmental protection departments to guide,the solvent free technology has been vigorously promoted and developed.This technology has the advantages of environmental protection,health,safety,energy saving,high efficiency and so on.The corresponding solvent-free composite adhesive has also been the continuous development and progress.So the development of excellent performance,easy to use,green and environmentally friendly solvent-free composite adhesive to become the focus of the industry research.This thesis will to develop the two-component solvent-free polyurethane adhesive and studied the adhesive performances such as viscosity,peel strength,drying time,wettability and heat resistance.The properties of the synthesized polyurethane adhesive were characterized by FT-IR,DSC and TGA.The effects of NCO/OH(R value),content of small molecule chain extender,reaction temperature and aging time on the synthesis and properties of polyurethane adhesive were studied.The factors influencing the peel strength,curing speed and wettability of the adhesive were analyzed,and the mixing ratio,lamination process of the polyurethane adhesive were determined.Based on the above study and discussion,2K solvent free polyurethane adhesives with fast curing,good viscosity,long pot life,convenient operation and good heat resistance were successfully prepared in this thesis. |
