Jinan is the source of the xiaoqing river,the water environment in jinan city determines the water pollution of the whole xiaqing river,therefore,it is imperative to improve the treatment rate of wastewater treatment plants in jinan,and it will also produce great environmental and economic benefits.For the above reasons,the public utilities bureau of jinan city made a renovation and expansion project to the wastewater treatment plant,the project is now completed and formally put into use.The process of the factory was stable and efficient,and the design and technical requirements were fulfilled.The pollution of the surface water of xiaoqing river is reduced effectively,at the same time,it is of great significance to improve the water quality of the eastern route of the south-to-north water diversion project,and to improve the investment efficiency of the water diversion project.The study to the water treatment system,the sewage factory original improved A/A/O process and new modifications of multimodal A/A/O process(improved A/A/O,inverted A/A/O,conventional A/A/O)process in the second phase are the objects of study.Different water quality,through the treatment of different processes,the treatment results are compared and analyzed,and the selection of the operation process is completed.Different water quality,through the treatment of different processes,the treatment results are compared and analyzed,and the selection of the operation process is completed.Taking energy saving and consumption reduction as the starting point,and combining the characteristics of the first and second phase processes and the monomers of the plant,this paper discusses the optimal operation mode for the stable operation of the second phase,especially the biological treatment unit.According to the actual situation of water intake,scientific and reasonable process control.Through the actual operation we found:In the dry season,the average concentrations of COD,TN,and TP in sewage were 590 mg/l,59.3 mg/l,and 10.14 mg/l,respectively.The average sewage quality of COD,TN,and TP using conventional A/A/O processes was 35.7 mg/l,19.6 mg/l,and 0.46 mg/l,respectively.The average removal rates were 92 %,67 %,and 94.5 %,respectively.;After treatment with the improved A/A/O process,the average concentrations of COD,TN,and TP water quality were 24.6 mg/l,13.3 mg/l,and0.24 mg/l,respectively.The average removal rates were 95 %,76.6 %,and 97 %,respectively.;After treatment with the inverted A/A/O process,the average concentrations of COD,TN,and TP water quality were 25 mg/l,13.9 mg/l,and 0.34mg/l,respectively.The average removal rates were 95 % and 76 %,respectively96 %.When the sewage concentration is lower than that of the whole year in the rainy season,the average concentrations of COD,TN,and TP are 316 mg/l,44 mg/l,and5.64 mg/l.The average water quality of COD,TN,and TP using conventional A/A/O processes can reach 45.5 mg/l,15.4 mg/l,and 0.48 mg/l,respectively,with an average removal rate of 85 % and 64 %,respectively.91 %;After treatment with the improved A/A/O process,the average concentrations of COD,TN,and TP water quality were 22.4 mg/l,14.1 mg/l,and 0.34 mg/l,respectively.The average removal rates were 92 %,68 %,and 94 %,respectively.;After treatment with the inverted A/A/O process,the average concentrations of COD,TN,and TP water quality were35.6 mg/l,12.2 mg/l,and 0.53 mg/l,respectively.The average removal rates were 89%,72 %,and 90 %,respectively.It is found that the improved A/A/O process-for the treatment of the plant whether it is the rainy season or the dry season intake water quality wide application,especially more suitable for the higher TP water quality;Inverted A/A/O process-The effect of high water quality treatment for dry season intake TN is better,but the effect of TP treatment for rainy season intake water is worse;Conventional A/A/O process-Compared to the improved and inverted A/O process,the operation and processing results are poor and not recommended.Found by experiments at the same time,improved A/A/O optimal operation parameters for the mixture of reflux ratio was 200%,the sludge reflux ratio is 90%-100%,average DO aerobic zone control in 2 mg/l-about 3 mg/l,sludge age 13 d.In the case of TN the water content is higher,should give priority to in order to remove TN,can be appropriately increase the sludge reflux ratio to 100%,and reduce the DO content to 1.5 mg/l,supplemented by pharmaceutical chemical phosphorus removal at the same time,in order to keep the water up to standard.Due to flooding in the area,phosphorus levels are high in the rainy season and dry season,the factory chose to improved A/A/O in the end.
