| The Cellular Evaporator is an important concentrated evaporating equipment in the sugar industry.In the actual production,Dirt deposition is formed in the high-temperrature evaporation process due to the salt and impurities contained in the raw materials attached to the heating pipe wall,which has a negative impact on the production efficiency and product quality.The heating pipe wall of the evaporator needs to be cleaned after using for a certain period of time.This dissertation focuses on the labor intensity and operation safety problem in the process of cleaning the operator,analyzed the cause of dirt deposition and its possible harm to the machine in the process of running,compared and analyzed several common cleaning techniques,formulated the cellular evaporators based on the technology of high pressure water jet cleaning solution,and designed the mechanical actuator,which is mainly composed of rotating frame,rotating supporting mechanism,longitudinal and transverse motion mechanism and high-pressure hose conveying mechanism,meanwhile completing the design of other hardware system.This dissertation developed a CNC software system based on Hua zhong HNC-210 B.Using the numerical control system to accurately control the position,and integrating the numerical control system with the cleaning device to complete the cleaning task.The electric control system of cleaning device is developed and designed,and the system on servo,electric,liquid gas and control are introduced detailed.According to the mechanical hardware and the overall design scheme,this dissertation designed and simulated the servo control software system of the cleaning device in detail.The core problem is transformed into the control of the three-type servo motor.And this dissertation designed the servo system in semi-closed loop pattern according to the requirements of actual precision control.Combined with the selected servo motor,establish the mathematical model of the system,the current loop and velocity loop in the system are calculated and determined,while the position loop gain is optimized and determined by MATALAB software simulation.After determining the PID parameters,this dissertation modified and set the corresponding parameters in the driver and master control unit to complete the design of the servo drive system.In order to complete the cleaning task,this dissertation developed the PMC program according to the design scheme except the servo system,set and corrected the system parameters,and adapted the cleaning device designed in this dissertation.The general idea of G code cleaning program is designed.Finally,this dissertation organized and built the cleaning experiment system,carrying out the actual motion control experiment of the cleaning device.The cleaning effect and the system procedures were tested and verified.After the system experiment,the final result proves that the automatic cleaning device designed and developed in this dissertation can replace the current manual cleaning operation and meet the design requirements. |
