| With the improvement of people’s living standard and the continuous development of building materials industry,people’s demand for interior wall decorating materials is also increasing.While interior wall decorating materials is developing towards health,comfort and beauty,their functionality has become a major topic of discussion,therefore,some coatings with functions of humidity control,adsorption and air purification have emerged as the times require.Because of its porous,large specific surface area and high porosity,nano-porous silicon has got more and more attention in the field of interior decoration materials.In this paper,nano-porous silicon as a filler is added to the interior decorating materials,to develop a new type of interior wall coatings which can adsorb formaldehyde.In this paper,nano-porous silicon was purified by sieving,acid cleaning,roasting methods.This paper analysis the effects of different purification schemes on nano-porous silicon by means of SEM,EDS,LOI and obtains the best purification scheme.The best purification scheme is:sieving 1200 mesh,acid cleaning which the best concentration is 60%,the best roasting time is two hours and the best temperature is 550degrees Celsius.The best methods of screening,pickling,cleaning,drying and roasting are used respectively to purify nano-porous silicon.Finally,the content of silicon in nano-porous silicon has increased from 31.27%to 37.28%,and the impurities on the surface of nano-porous silicon particles are largely removed,which has achieved a good purification effect on nano-porous silicon.This paper uses the purified nano-porous silicon as a new filler,chooses styrene acrylic emulsion as the base material,adds appropriate pigments and auxiliaries to prepare Interior wall material,and determines the purifying effect of nano-porous silicon by testing the conventional properties of interior wall coatings.Finally,it is concluded that sieving method,pickling method and roasting method can improve the conventional properties of coatings in the appropriate range,and 60%sulfuric acid pickling is the most effective method to improve the performance of coatings.The coatings with Nano-porous Silicon purified by comprehensive purification can significantly improve the covering and washing resistance of the coating and meet the requirements of viscosity and adhesion.In this paper,nano-TIO2 dioxide is added to the coating to study the effect of different amount of titanium dioxide on the conventional properties of the coating.When the content of nano-TIO2 dioxide is 3%,the number of wash-resistant times of coating increases from 489 times to 981 times,and the conventional properties of the coatings have greatly improved.Finally,this paper analyzes formaldehyde adsorption performance of coatings with nano-porous silicon purified by comprehensive purification And come to the conclusion that the acid pickling method has the most significant effect on the formaldehyde adsorption performance of coatings,while sieving method and roasting method slightly improve the the formaldehyde adsorption performance of coatings.After comprehensive purification treatment,the highest concentration of formaldehyde in the test box decreases by 72%,the concentration of formaldehyde in the box is less than 0.1 mg/m3 after 250 minutes.Formaldehyde has been effectively immobilized.The addition of nano-TiO2 instead of titanium dioxide into the nano-porous silicon-based coating accelerated the adsorption and degradation rate of formaldehyde and increased the saturated adsorption capacity of formaldehyde. |
