Metal balance management is not only an important step to manage and account,but also an important index to measure the operation status of enterprises in non-ferrous metal smelting industry.The effective use and analysis of it can play a great positive role in reducing the cost and increasing the profit of enterprises.Most enterprises use metal balance reports to record the inventory balances of production materials and finished products,and material balance relationships.The data comes directly or indirectly from the production site,which is a more intuitive reflection of the production of enterprises.But the data in the balanced report inevitably has errors in the measurement process,which will directly lead to the material balance relationship not be satisfied.This can cause deviations in enterprise optimization and decisions as well.These problems can be effectively avoided by harmonizing measurement data by means of data correction.The visualization of the results of data correction combined with virtual simulation provides a novel embodiment of metal balance.In this paper,a series process data correction model based on least squares method is established according to the historical production data of a copper in China,and the PSO-PH algorithm is proposed to solve it.The data entry model is preceded by preprocessing.Then the sequence of series operation model is simplified to the objective function of single operation according to the actual production requirements.Because the variables in the model affect the efficiency of the solution,the PH multiplication method is used to transform the original variables into several multiplication vectors.The improved PSO algorithm is used to solve the search in the next.The efficient search ability of the improved PSO algorithm is combined with the accuracy of PH multiplication method,which provides a guarantee for the reliability of data correction.Five algorithms are used to compare the data of three months by single process in this paper,which shows the efficiency and accuracy of PSO-PH algorithm compared with others,and also validates the stability of the algorithm.The multiple processes experiment suggests the stability and data correction results of the proposed algorithm.All the experiment shows that the correction of the inventory data is in line with the production practice.This paper develops the system visualization platform on the basis of data correction,which based on Unity engine.And it makes a reasonable design of the function module and database.The visualization platform shows the basic map of copper smelter,production equipment,metal balance data and so on.The platform can call the relevant program to coordinate the data and trace the error.It conforms to the users' logic and has a friendly human-computer interface,which is a good way for management to render.
