With the adjustment of energy structure and the popularization of clean energy,the environmental pollution and energy waste caused by traditional heating methods need to be solved urgently.Electric heating has become the best choice to meet the scientific development strategy and improve heating comfort.In recent years,the research on electrothermal materials has made great progress,and the energy-saving and environmentally-friendly electrothermal materials with wide heating temperature range,safe and stable use,high electrothermal conversion efficiency and convenient operation control have become the research hotspots.However,the current research is limited to the traditional metal or carbon composite electrothermal materials,or the mixing of the same type of fillers,or the mixing of different types of fillers,does not fundamentally solve the problem of low electrothermal conversion efficiency.In this thesis,a new type of carbon crystal electrothermal material was prepared by mechanical ball milling.The carbon crystal powder prepared by different ball milling time was tested by SEM and XRD.The results show that the ball milling time will reduce the particle size of the carbon crystal powder within a certain range,and will not cause structural changes of the carbon crystal powder,but will reduce the crystallinity of the carbon crystal,thus affecting the Brownian motion efficiency.In this paper,a gridded polycarbonate(PC)film is used as the thermoplastic substrate,the carbon crystal powder prepared by mechanical ball milling is used as the conductive filler,and the polyvinyl alcohol is used as the base material of the electrothermal coating.The thermoplastic carbon crystal electric heating is prepared by the printing method.The film was tested for adhesion and electrothermal properties of its coating.The effect of carbon crystal powder addition on volume resistivity and the influence of grid structure on the heating temperature of carbon crystal electric heating film were studied.The Brownian motion mechanism was verified.The results show that the adhesion of carbon crystal electrothermal coating to PC film decreases with the increase of carbon crystal powder content;the volume resistivity of carbon crystal electrothermal coating decreases with the increase of carbon crystal powder content;the grid structure will increase.The heating temperature of the carbon crystal electric heating film.Through the energization and heat test,it is estimated that the electrothermal conversion efficiency of the carbon crystal electric heating film can reach 80% or more.
