An efficient agricultural recycling system is an effective model and an inevitable choice for the sustainable development and modernization of agricultural production in China.The Ya’an area is rich in forest and bamboo resources.The remaining bamboo buds after the production of bamboo rafts and the remaining hibiscus wood chips after harvesting magnolia are important resources in the upstream of the “forest(bamboo)-bacteria-fertilizer-agriculture” ecological agriculture model.Selenium is an essential trace element in the human body and has its unique preventive,therapeutic and health functions.Pleurotus ostreatus has strong selenium-enriching ability,and cultivation of selenium-enriched oyster mushroom has positive significance for solving the problem of selenium deficiency in people’s edible products.In this study,Pleurotus ostreatus No.1 was considered as a material,and different proportions of bamboo sputum sputum and magnolia wood chips were used as cultivation materials,and organic selenium fertilizer was added as a reference to explore "forest(bamboo)-bacteria-fertilizer-agriculture" The upstream technology was tested at Ya’an Farm of Sichuan Agricultural University from April 20 to January 2019.The main findings are as follows:The addition of selenium fertilizer can accelerate the growth of hyphae and shorten the vegetative growth period and harvest period.However,the difference in cultivation main ingredient is not obvious for mycelial growth rate.The addition of selenium fertilizer can increase the yield of the main ingredients of bamboo sorghum and magnolia.The growth rate of selenium-treated hyphae is faster than that without selenium treatment.The same vegetative growth period is shorter than that without selenium treatment,which can make Pleurotus ostreatus enter the reproductive growth stage as soon as possible and achieve the result of increased yield.A1B4 treatment is the addition of selenium 45% bamboo bacillus + 55% cottonseed hull and A1C4 treatment,ie selenium added 45% magnolia wood + 55% cottonseed hull,the best results were obtained in the experiment: mycelium grows fast,The vegetative growth period is short,the yield is the highest,and the selenium content of the fruit body is the highest.The significance in actual production is that these two treatments can obtain the selenium-rich oyster mushroom with the most yield,and the time for mushroom production is advanced,which has a market advantage.Therefore,45% bamboo sorghum + 55% cottonseed hull cultivation material and 45% magnolia wood + 55% cottonseed hull cultivation material are used for cultivation of selenium-enriched oyster mushroom,which is "forest(bamboo)-bacteria-fertilizer-agriculture" ecological agriculture The model is a good choice for promotion in the upstream link of the model in Ya’an,which can make full use of the bamboo bacillus and magnolia wood resources to reduce environmental pollution and to achieve higher economic benefits.The organic matter content of Pleurotus ostreatus is more than 85%,which is in line with the organic fertilizer standard;the total nutrient is less than 3%.When making organic fertilizer,nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium are added according to the demand;the carbon-nitrogen ratio is 26.99-Between 39.20;selenium-treated oyster mushroom fruit body has a selenium conversion rate of about 5%,and a large amount of organic selenium is present in the bacterium.After selecting 45% bamboo sorghum + 55% cottonseed cultivar and 45% magnolia wood + 55% cotton seed shell cultivation material for selenium-enriched oyster mushroom cultivation,the remaining sputum has great potential to be converted into organic selenium fertilizer. |
