Research And Development Of 40% Gibberellic Acid And 14-Hydroxylated Brassinosteroid Soluble Granule

Gibberellic acid and 14-hydroxylated Brassinosteroid are broad-spectrum plant growth regulators.The development of compound preparation of 14-hydroxylated Brassinosteroid and Gibberellic acid has become one of the hot spots in the research of new pesticide preparation,14-hydroxylated Brassinosteroid is a natural green brassin-lipid compound developed by Chengdu Newsun Crop Science Co.,Ltd.,which has the characteristics of low content and high efficiency of natural brassin-lipid.In this paper,the synergistic ratio of 14-hydroxybrassinol Brassinosteroid and Gibberellin acid was screened,and the formulation of 40% Gibberellic acid · 14-Hydroxybrassinol soluble granules(SG)was screened and optimized.The efficacy of 40% gibberellic acid · 14-hydroxybrassinol soluble granules in the field was also researched.All results could provide a basis for the subsequent registration and application of this preparation.Main research findings are listed as following:(1)Screening of synergistic ratio between 14-hydroxylated Brassinosteroid and Gibberellic acidThrough screening and validating,the proportion of 14-hydroxylated Brassinosteroid to Gibberellic acid(0.002:39.998)showed the strongest synergism effect and promoted the fruit set percentage and acre yield.Therefore,the synergistic ratio could be further processed.(2)Processing of 40% Gibberellic acid · 14-Hydroxybrassinol soluble granulesThrough the formula screening and validating,the most optimization formula is 14-hydroxylated Brassinosteroid 0.002%,Gibberellic acid 39.998%,potassium dihydrogen phosphate 5%,sodium citrate 15%,maltodextrin 6%,R103 2%,dispersant F 6%,with anhydrous sodium sulfate to 100%.The formula could completely dissoluble in water and short disinter grates,with the characteristics of high granulation rate in the extrusion granulation process.Meanwhile,we also established the deter mination methods of physical and chemical index of 40% Gibberellic acid · 14-Hydroxybrassinol SG,and drifted the specification and draw up the preliminarily quality standard of this product.(3)Field trial of 40% Gibberellic acid · 14-Hydroxybrassinol soluble granules SG The efficacy of field trial showed that the 40% Gibberellic acid · 14-Hydroxybrassinolsoluble granules could effectively promoted the set percentages of citrus,and displayed the better yield-increasing effect,which was better than those single active ingredient products of Gibberellic acid and Brassinolide.The new preparation was recommended to put into practice with 1: 10,000-12,000 folds.Meanwhile,the preparation was safe for citrus and did not cause fruit quality decline through the field investigation and observation after harvest.It is worth popularizing in citrus production.
