With the deepening of human industrialization and the depletion of petroleum resources,the production of fossil energy as the main energy source is doomed to be eliminated.After continuous exploration and research of hydrogen as the energy carrier of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell industry is a strategic and forward-looking in the energy field of green energy storage technology,and represents the future development direction of new energy,has the inestimable development prospects.Fuel cell has many characteristics,such as clean,efficient,safe,and its power generation principle is through the chemistry of hydrogen and oxygen,the chemical energy stored in the hydrogen directly into electrical energy,rather than through the combustion reaction.In the process of power generation,the fuel cell system controls the input system of temperature,pressure and flow of hydrogen,oxygen or air,water and other materials,and controls the power output for secondary treatment.In the process of power generation,the pressure and temperature of the gas or liquid,the system execution logic,the single battery equalization,etc.,have significant influence on the power quality and the power generation efficiency.Therefore,the control of the physical quantity such as the electrochemical reaction condition and the output product is very important in the development,testing and application of fuel cell,all the research methods and strategies of fuel cell operation need to be realized through the control system.In this paper,in the early stage of the review of related literature,the work principle of proton exchange membrane fuel cell and power generation system principle,structure,function and control logic are summarized,and on the basis of analysis and research,monitoring the proton exchange membrane fuel cell test run by research and by practice.For proton exchange membrane fuel cell during operation of the control system of monitoring requirements and function of NI-c RIO modular hardware is used as the center of the control,fuel cell system of the modular system of data acquisition,communication interface,control logic,layout,and the upper machine is designed and developed.STM32 MCU control unit is used to build distributed subsystem controller and the control logic,the figure according to the PCB layout and principle of functional requirements controller is designed,center and distributed subsystems communication protocol was formulated.For each modular system by simulation or by debugging,respectively after verification through the whole system including software and hardware are integrated debugging.After debugging and improving constantly,the system researched and developed in this paper can realize the test of the fuel cell editing of automatic conditions and stable operation,at the same time to monitor many sets of fuel cell testing,the data of 100 ms refresh cycle,high precision data acquisition and storage,rapid response of the action logic,friendly man-machine monitoring interface,and other functions.At the same time,it has a flexible modular design,which can be adjusted according to the needs of work.It can satisfy the test demand of the laboratory to the proton exchange membrane fuel cell,which can promote the operation logic optimization of fuel cell.
