| Coal is a non-renewable resource and plays an important strategic role in China’s economic and energy strategy.However,due to the management science,frequent safety accidents,no environmental pollution,and many other common fault of coal industry,coal industry is very difficult to make into the development of a harmonious society,combined with the coal market competition,blind pursuit of production,coal enterprises fight for market,speed up the enterprise of running out of coal reserves,coal caused by excess capacity,capital flow difficulties,enterprise efficiency is low,the increasingly serious ecological environment destruction.How to realize the healthy and sustainable development of coal enterprises is a strategic problem that many coal enterprises need to seek.Firstly,by analyzing the macro-economic environment of the fan gezhuang mining branch of kailuan shares,this paper clearly understood the opportunities and challenges faced by the fan gezhuang mining branch of kailuan shares.Secondly,through the analysis of the internal micro environment of kailuan joint-stock fangezhuang mining branch,the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise are clarified.Secondly,SWOT analysis is applied scientifically to formulate the development strategy in line with the actual situation of fan gezhuang mining branch of kailuan group.Finally,the author puts forward some safeguard measures for the implementation of the strategy: establishing the strategic management organization system and policy system safeguard,enterprise culture safeguard measures,technological innovation safeguard measures,talent strategy safeguard measures,information safeguard measures and capital safeguard measures.Through the implementation of the implementation measures of the strategic development of kailuan joint-stock fan gezhuang mining branch,it is hoped that the strategic development of the enterprise can be realized,so that the kailuan joint-stock fan gezhuang mining branch can gradually grow in the fierce market competition environment. |
