In this paper,Pt/Al2O3 catalysts with Pt content were prepared and the influence of the reduction conditions on the Pt grain of the catalysts was investigated.The results showed that the Pt grains increased and the dispersions decreased and the effect of the reduction temperature on the Pt grains was little.The effect of different chlorinating agents on the Pt/A2O3-Cl isomerization catalyst was investigated.The properties of the catalysts were characterized by XRD,BET,TPD and Py-IR.The isomerization properties were investigated using n-hexane as raw material.The chloride content of the catalyst treated with perchlorethylene was the highest and the isomerization activity was the best.The effects of the addition amount of perchlorethylene and the effect of carrier gas flow on the isomerization of the catalyst were investigated by using liquid bubbling and saturated steam.The properties of the catalysts were characterized by XRD,TPD,BET,Py-IR and so on.The isomerization performance of the catalysts was evaluated.The results showed that the catalyst had higher chlorine content,higher catalyst activity,the addition of chlorinating agent and the carrier gas flow,and the activity of the catalyst was controlled by the liquid bubbling chlorination treatment.The effects of chlorination temperature and time on the performance of the catalyst were investigated.The catalysts were characterized by BET,XRD,TEM,TPD and Py-IR.The catalysts were characterized by isomerization.The optimum chlorination scheme was determined at 275°C with a carrier gas flow rate of 50 ml/min for 2h.
